Amsterdam based artist Joost Koster works by combining video, performance,
audio and drawing. His work revolves around what it means to live in
contemporary society, reflecting on the digital technologies that shape
our daily reality. The way we think is shaped by the tools at our disposal.
Therefore, Koster tries to create new ways of relating to our digital tools
(screens, Zoom, phone cameras) by stretching the boundaries from within
these devices. His research dives into the gap between the hard edges of
the screen and the soft edges of the body.
